A Sneak Peak

This is some of the furniture we have put up and a few things we got. This is not how it is going to be put in the room we just put it all in one corner until we figure out how everything is going to be placed. We still need to place together the crib and the rocker. Then all the fun begins of painting the room. We are decorating the room in sailboats!

I Am Just So Excited

Well the first of our group ( Me , Julianne, Hollie, Erin) had their baby. Lynlee Elizabeth. Julianne gave birth to her Feb. 27th at 12:43, and on Matt's Birthday. She is so adorable. I just can't wait. Seeing her cute little face and then seeing Julianne and Josh light up makes me so excited. I can't wait to see and hold him. This is going to be a long 14 weeks. But it's great now I can shop for a boy and girl. And speaking of shopping I just can't stop! I keep picking up these cute little man outfits. I think mom and Matt is about done with me. I think mom is mad cause' I beat her to it and Matt cause' I'm spending all his money. Oh well their just to darn cute!!! He's been very active and most of the time he wakes me up during the night. I have been playing music to him and after it stops he really kicks. So I guess he likes it. If not I guess I be one of those mean moms making him listen to something he doesn't want to. Still Growing

We went to the doctor today and everything is going great. Total weight gain to date is 4 lbs. Wow! I still really haven't gain anything because that is the 4 lbs I've gained back of the 11 lbs I lost. She checked for the heartbeat but he moved and kicked so much that you could hear a big poof sound in the microphone every time he kicked. She said that was a good enough sign that everything is ok. My next doctors appt is in 4 weeks but then I have to start my 2 weeks appt. I about started to cry when she said next time I will be doing my Glucose test and my 3RD TRIMESTER blood work. I don't believe in 4 weeks I'll already be in my 3rd trimester! Oh, we also found out that the tech didn't get a good view of a few things so we get to have another ultrasound. We are both so excited. Another little sneak peak at Jackson. I also found out I will have to get another RhoGam shot for my Rh factor. They said it only last about 12 weeks. Since I had it at 15 weeks it won't last until delivery. But everything has been going and growing great. Now I actually can enjoy pregnancy!

Daddy

Last night Jackson finally kick hard and enough for Matt to finally feel him. I have been anxious for him to feel him kick ever since I felt his first movement 7 weeks ago, but every time I thought he kicked hard enough he would stop. I don't know who was more excited me or Matt, but it brought me to tears. Matt just couldn't believe how much he kicked. I think now he knows why sometimes I jump when I feel him. I also felt him hiccup for the first time last week. I thought he had rhythm until my mom said I'm sure it's hiccups. I got home and looked in my book and sure enough that is what it was. I guess mom's are always right. So ha ha, soon I'm always right!!

Still Kicking

Everything has being going good considering. It's crazy how things work with everything that God has thrown our way at this important time in our lives. And the miracle that we have. Feeling him kick all the time. It's great calling him by name. And how this time has flown by for us. Just a few short months. We finally got all the furniture and we are going to try to move it all in this weekend. We got to register and all that fun fun stuff on Valentine's Day. We went to Babies R Us and Target and that pretty much took the whole day. But it was great after I got Matt out of the toys. We go to the doctor again Friday. I don't know if I'm gonna like going to the doctor every 2 weeks in a few months. We'll see if I gained anything. Some people say I've grown a lot but I still don't look 5 months pregnant. So do I just look fat? Just kidding. Anyway it's great people telling me I'm all belly. At least I'm not all belly, butt, hips, face, and legs. At least not yet!

INTRODUCING!

Here it is. JACKSON MATTHEW HEINTZMAN!!!!!!! Yep it's a boy. Wow, we were so surprised everyone thought he was going to be a girl, but he was proud enough to show us. SEVERAL TIMES!! O' is he photogenic. We got some great pictures of his face, and the first thing he did was give us the thumbs up. But most of all everything checked out ok. It was great both Grandma's were there to see him. He is going to be quite the Little Spoiled Man. Just hope he turns out to be just like his Daddy! ( I think?) Just kidding. But we are just so excited to finally know what it is and that he is healthy. Now the fun part begins I can actually shop now without picking up green or yellow items.

Half Way There!

We got the furniture last week and started putting it together to make sure everything is ok. It's called the Madison Collection. We are still waiting on a few pieces to come in.We finally get to have our ultrasound Wed. Yeah! We're half way through it. The first 20 weeks went by so fast. I don't believe it, the baby will be here before you know it. Me and Matt are so excited to see what the baby looks like and hopefully will find out if it will be boy or girl, but we will be sure to let you all know Weds.
