The Hardest Thing
So most of you all know that our dogs are our children too. We have 3 of them Lady(our first born as we call her) Abby, and Molly. Matt had gotten Lady for me when we first started dating. She was the best dog ever. I don't even think she knew she was dog. She never left our side. She loved playing basketball out back. She had her own personality. And I admit it she was treated better than the other two. A year ago last Feb. the day after Matt's dad past away we found a knot underneath her belly, We took her to the vet for an ultrasound and surgery to see what it was. It was a tumor the size of a two softballs. The vet said this kind of tumor in dogs only lived 42 weeks after being removed. Lady's couldn't be removed. It was already so big and she wasn't even showing signs of being sick. We just try to give her the best quality of life. Days went by and she was doing great still going outside playing and doing her own thing. Months went by and still fine. I was just praying that she would make it until Jackson was born. I didn't think I could take another big loss. I should say that if it wasn't for Matt's dad who worked with the people we got Lady from we would have never got her. She was doing great but the tumor just kept getting bigger. The past winter she got so skinny and her belly was so big. She looked like and starving pregnant dog. After I started staying at home and spending more time at my parents I started taking her with me everyday. It got to the point to where she couldn't get into the car everyday so I started leaving her there. She didn't mind though she loved it at mom and dad's she got spoiled even more there than at our house. It was there grandchild. She used to get so excited when we asked her about going to gma's and gpa's, she didn't know if we were going to Matt's parents so she could get a box of cookies (yes cookies) or my parents to get a cooked meal!! Yes I know it sounds stupid but she really was like a child. Me and Matt had her for 7 years. She lived what I think was a great life. We had to put her to sleep Friday. She out lived what the studies said and what was the life expectancy of a dog that had it removed. She wasn't able to get up and move anymore and she seemed unhappy. It was getting really tough seeing and caring for her. It was the hardest and most painful thing we ever had to do. I told Matt it was harder than labor. We miss her so much already. We love you Lady and we will never be able to find another dog like you!

The Circus
Tuesday night me and Jackson were sitting on the couch when, "Come to Circus the Greatest Show in Town..." came on and he stopped everything he was doing and just looked at the t.v. with his mouth wide open until it went off. I told Matt we have to take him. He said mom called and asked if we wanted to take him and I told her he's too young. I said call her back we are taking this child to the circus so we went and we had so much fun not to mention it was my first time going as well. We went with Grandma, Kayla and Mikal. Jackson was great the entire time he just sat there and watched the whole thing. The only thing he didn't care for was the clown that came up to him we were sitting in the front row so it was perfect for him to see everything up close. Here are some pictures we took that night.
I don't know if you can tell or not but there are 7 dirtbikes in the ball doing tricks

What's Been Goin On
I think he is really getting to notice his voice more. He loves talking even though he's not really saying anything. The top clip was from the other day when he truely laughed a good one for me he had me cracking up. I recorded it on my phone then transfered it to my camera. I love it!! Oh, he was laughing at my parents dog. I'll let her out and she runs around the yard. Another thing that will get him to laugh is when I tell the dogs to go pee. He gets a kick out of that too.

Once Again
Once Again we're all sick. Jackson started Thurs. night and he got better on Saturday, when mine started. I have no clue where this started but Jackson is feeling better, more than what mommy and daddy can say. This weekend was fun besides getting sick. Saturday we went out to my cousin's for her 4 wheeler party. We had a blast and so did Jackson. He loved getting all the attention. He better not get to used to it my cousin had their baby boy on Friday. And Sunday we stayed in and watched cartoons most of the day because we were all sick. Jackson found a new love of cartoons. He laughed at giggled the whole time. It was priceless. His favorite seems to be Handy Manny. Sunday we had a big scare. 12:30amWe were laying in bed when we heard what seemed to be water running on the baby moniter. When we got up to see what it was, it sounded as if was coming in from the wall. So I went outside to find our neighbor using a water hose in our back yard. End up he was outside when he seen something burst into flames and hopped over our fence to put it out. A bag of charcoal on our deck some how caught on fire and burst into 6 foot flames thank goodness he was outside at the time, it could have caught the deck and our house on fire. Needless to say it took me awhile to go back to sleep. Thank you for good neighbors;)

Movie Star!
Ok so I really wanted to go to Lanesville Heritage Weekend so I went with my parents on Friday and I thought how it should only be right to take my little John Deere out to the country so I had to decorate him up! I know I know, how mean! So I have been dying to put on his new John Deere outfit that we got in Myrtle Beach. When I got the whole getup on I just started to loose it and so did the rest of Southern Indiana. First we went to KFC and a lady stopped me and went on and on about how cute he was and took his picture how funny. Then when we got to Lanesville everyone just stopped and stared and just aaahhh. Like a Little Movie Star! I just couldn't help but think that we had the most adorable wonderful baby in the world. Then of course I had to stop at the John Deere booth and people just came by to see him not the merchandise. Well what do you think?

Isabella came up and seen Jackson at Church on Wednesday. He is so excited he has another friend. I can't tell if she is going to hug him or hit him ;)
Today we went to Cincinnati to my cousin's Bridal Shower. It was very nicely decorated. I love the ice sculpture. And of course Jackson got passed around. I don't know if it was because he was cute or that is was a little chilly outside and him and his blanket held a lot of body heat. He talked to everyone there. He has really become a little talker.

Happy Grandparents Day
Ok so some people don't really celebrate but I did. Since this was my mom and dad's first official Grandparents Day. I had to make it special. So I made mini scrapbook, brag book, for my parents and Matt's mom. They loved it since they didn't even know it was Grandparents Day. We spent the day at my parents butJackson didn't get to see Grandma Carrie because she is sick in the hospital but is doing better now. Get Better Soon. We went church this morning to see the children's play. Great job Beth. Then we went to my parents and had a cookout and played the Wii with the Evans. We had a great time. Jackson's buddy Nolan came over and he is getting so big. But is still adorable as ever. And Jackson slept in his crib for the first time Saturday night. He slept threw the whole night. I actually got to sleep uninterrupted. Except when the battery in the moniter went out and it kept beeping. But I woke up to get ready for church and he was rolling in crib. Enjoy the pictures!

My Baby's Eating Baby Food!!
Ok so it's not Jackson but Matt. We went to a couples baby shower for my cousin and his wife. It was really fun and Jackson was great. He loves being outside. First just let me say that we went up to the Knobs to this Million dollar home. Amazing!!! Her front hallway was bigger than my house!! But anyways, they decided for once that the guys should do the nasty games and let the women watch. So they had to feed each other baby food with a spoon in the others mouth. So Matt and Derek was partners. They did really great. Matt ate the whole jar :) But we all had a great time. Jackson is getting so big now I don't believe he is going to be 2 months in a couple of weeks. He's already smiling and laughing on his own. He really loves his bouncing seat. I can't wait we leave next Saturday on vacation with mom and dad. We'll have plenty of pictures of Jackson at his first time at the beach ;)

My First Pictures
So we had a pretty long week, but everything is starting to calm down now. We were out at my Grandma's everyday all day until she passed away on July 4th. She will truly be missed. After figuring it all up, she had 12 children, 38 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. Crazy! She really taught us all what a family means. After being with the McCormick's all week. Me and Matt actually got to hold Jackson today. It seemed that all week all we got to do was change and feed him. Every time I turned around someone else had him or people were fighting over him. But he was great! I'm so excited that he actually turned out to be a great baby. He only cries when he's hungry or needs a change. Saturday we went and got his pictures taken. He stayed awake the whole time. I hope he is like that every time. While we was doing naked shots and me holding him pee shot straight across the studio. I just died laughing, at least it didn't get on me. Here are some pictures from yesterday and some I took from last week. I'll trying posting more of the professionals later.
My cousin Emma Jo loves holding me!
My cousin Caleb loves holding me too!

Our Weekend
So we kinda had a crazy week and weekend. Thursday we went to the doctor and everything is great. He went down to 7 pounds and 12 oz. Crazy because me and Matt think he has grown so much. Then we went by Mama's work, then we went to my work and Matt's work, and back out to my Grandma McCormick's. Big Day for Little Man. Everyone loved him. I don't think anyone got any work done. I know nobody at my work did but do they ever ;) Just kidding girls! Friday,Saturday & Sunday we spent most of it out at my Grandma's. She isn't doing well at all and it could be any day now. It's very hard watching her like this. I'm just really glad she got to see & hold Jackson. But all the McCormick's have been together, and fighting over who gets Jackson. But the hardest one to fight is Papa & Mama. Sunday Grandma (Matt's mom) not for sure what she wants to be called yet, maybe Granny or Nanny, came over for her birthday. We, ok Matt, made her a yummy cake. Didn't eat to much still trying to watch my weight. Speaking of lost 23lbs. Hooray!! Well here are some cute pictures.

The only thing I like about bath time!
